A Year of Growth, Challenges, and Moving Forward

As we approach Christmas, we’re not just closing out the holiday season—we’re wrapping up an entire year. For a small business like ours, the journey isn’t easy, and I know it’s not any simpler for large businesses either. The highs and lows, the moments of abundance and scarcity, each come with their unique challenges. Whether you're at the top of the world or navigating the bottom, there’s always a lesson waiting to be uncovered.

2024 has been a whirlwind. We've faced new opportunities, unexpected hurdles, and moments that left us standing still to reflect. Yet, here we are—preparing to move into 2025, carrying with us the honor of being recognized at the White House, but also balancing the weight of the unknown. Finding balance amidst growth and uncertainty has been our theme this year, and it’s a mindset we’re taking with us into the new year.

We’re not perfect—far from it. But that’s okay. This year taught us that imperfection is a part of progress. As we post our final blog of 2024, it’s with a sense of gratitude for the lessons learned and the moments that shaped us. We can’t rewrite the past, but we can carry forward the happiness it brought, letting it inspire us to keep moving. And those hard lessons? They’ll serve as our reminder not to repeat the same mistakes.

I’ve always been a dreamer, but I’m not someone with a master plan. I simply follow what I love and embrace the journey, wherever it may lead. This year, it’s been about leaning into challenges, celebrating the wins, and learning from the losses.

As we step into 2025, my wish for us all is balance. Balance in our businesses, our lives, and the ways we approach the future. Here's to the holidays and the new year—a chance to keep dreaming big, growing stronger, and moving forward, one step at a time.
