The Adult Services program provides individualized career and training services to help job seekers at least 18 years old. Priority is given to low-income individuals, low-skilled individuals, and public assistance recipients.

 The Dislocated Workers program provides training, job search, and other assistance for workers who have been laid off or are about to be laid off.
